Semi-Wild Grown Green Tea from Shizuoka

Our prerred daily green tea is entirely from an indigenous varietal, grown semi-wild in a 100 year old garden in Shizuoka. 

This tea can be brewed with hotter water than many other senchas, retaining both aroma and sweetness. We have also enjoyed it infused longer and chilled, a refreshing tea to have on hand these warmer days…Best brewed with 3g of tea per 150ml and around 85-90 degree water.
